When you’re looking for your first job, planning to switch workplaces, or you’re back on the labour market, you can find plenty of new opportunities via SEFE's job search service, Ekonomipörssi. It is a job forum for business graduates and professionals, where you can find job adverts that correspond to your education and experience. You can also activate a Job Search Profile (Pörssitutka) to get information about interesting opportunities to your e-mail.

SEFE's career services help you in career planning. Also if you are seeking for a new job or editing your your job application and CV you'll get advice from our Career Coaches. Get in touch and arrange an appointment. Various tools for career planning are also available as support for these discussions.

Salary information 

SEFE collects annually salary level data from members by research. Use this information as a foundation for your salary-related negotiations. You’ll get reference figures from Palkkatutka.

Professional development

EkonomiEsimies management training -programme is a unique membership training for practical supervisory work that SEFE offers to members at a very competitive price.

  1. Professional Journals at no charge. As part of your membership benefit, you’ll get the Finnish “Ekonomi” and “Talouselämä” magazines. If you already receive "Talouselämä", you can change it to some other Talentum magazine. The addresses for ”Ekonomi” and ”Talouselämä” are based on the data in SEFE’s membership register.
