Log in to the membership pages

When you log in for the first time, you use your membership number as your user name and the last part of your identity number as your password. After a successful login, please change your password. You can also change your user name if you wish.

If you use a computer for example at the library, make sure you clear the browser's cache memory at the end of the session. To protect the confidentiality of your information it is important that the cache memory is cleared.

How to join

You can join to SEFE by filling the membership application (in Finnish) or student membership application (in Finnish) or taking contact to SEFE jasenrekisteri@sefe.fi or tel. 020 693 200.

Your membership starts when your application reaches SEFE. You will then receive a notice regarding the fee and your membership data for checking.

If you have graduated in Finland, we get your diploma and other documents related to your studies from your university.

If you have graduated out-side of Finland, you will be asked to provide SEFE with copies of your diploma and all related documents (diploma supplement and other descriptive documents). Please make sure that you provide us with all the papers. This will make processing your application faster. You can submit these documents electronically, via fax or post.
