Lobbying and collective bargaining

SEFE safeguards your interests in working life and in education

SEFE advances the position of business school graduates in society both by exerting its own infl uence and in cooperation with other organizations. We promote your interests in the labour market in cooperation with other organizations taking part in negotiations. In education policy, we exert our infl uence together with universities and our own member associations.

Collective labour agreements

The central objective of SEFE’s work to safeguard its members’ interests in the labour market is to agree on the most important terms of employment relationships by collective labour agreements: individual members must be able to focus on their work and not on the terms and conditions of their employment contracts. For example, we believe that general pay increases must be paid to everyone, and that employers must treat various employee groups equally as far as the general terms of employment are concerned.
